SBC COMMUNITY NOTIFICATION SYSTEM IS UP AND RUNNING! – PLEASE JOIN

• SBC has implemented an email notification system for interested members. Its function  is  to provide notification of local subjects of interest to the Sunrise Beach community. Over 400 residents have signed up. Confidentiality is assured. It is used to inform of items of common interest to our membership and has been observed as especially helpful to part-time members. If you are interested, please contact us at sbclacey@gmail.com, or call the SBC at (609) 467-8718 or sign up at the next general membership meeting.

• Please consider giving the SBC your current contact information including e-mail address, especially weekenders and part-time residents. When residents see damages due to storms, or if anything else occurs, we encourage them to telephone the Club. We will gladly notify anyone by phone and/or email if we receive reports. Our community has stood by helplessly while water damage due to frozen pipes happens, roof and siding pulls off or watercraft is disturbed.

• A surprising number of our owners do not provide contact information. We want to help and look after each other and maintain our community as a preferred place to live.
