There is a $50 fee to Seller for realty transfer to update adminstrative records.

*If seller owes any past HOA fees, they will be added to final bill.

There is a $100 initial Capital Contribution due from the Buyer. If the home being purchased is a new build, the Buyer owes the current year Operating and Capital Dues. The Sunrise Beach Club will lien the sale property if closing agent fails to provide closing information.

Request for current owner information to be expedited will incur a $50 fee to buyer.
