Boat Ramp Access

Please be advised that access to the boat ramp is strictly limited to authorized residents. Any resident found granting access to unauthorized individuals will be subject to suspension of access privileges for up to one (1) year.

We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining the safety and security of our community facilities.

Gate Operation Instructions

This is a manual gate. Please open it slowly and completely before launching or removing your boat.
After use, ensure the gate is closed carefully and fully secured.
Do not leave the gate unattended in an open position.
All residents must scan their Atrium Mobile App or ISO Card each time they enter.
Do not hold or leave the gate open for the next person in line.
Gate must be closed each time you use it.

Commercial Operators

Commercial operators may assist with launching or retrieving a boat only when the member is in good standing and physically present at the ramp.
The members must use their Atrium Mobile App or their ISO Card to access the gate.
Commercial operators are required to provide valid proof of insurance prior to performing any work. Proof of insurance must be submitted and approved prior to doing any work by emailing at sbcboatramp@gmail.com.
Any commercial operator found accessing the ramp through a member without proper authorization will lose access privileges until proof of insurance is provided. The associated residents will also lose access for one year as well.
Any resident found allowing Commercial operator in the SBC Boat Ramp will lose their access rights to the boat ramp up to a year.
Any resident allowing residents/non-residents in or out of the boat ramp will lose their access rights to the boat ramp up to a year.

Access Options for Residents

Each household may select one access method: either an ISO card or the Atrium Mobile App. Both options provide the same level of access as a physical key.

Please review the following details:

The selected access method will function in the same manner as the previous key.
Atrium Mobile App: Access is assigned to one designated individual within the household.
ISO Card: May be kept at the residence and used as needed.

Residents should choose the option that best fits their household’s needs.

Additional information:

Only Sunrise Beach members in good standing may access the boat ramp.
Access is uniquely assigned to each homeowner.
Required information: full name, cell phone number, and email address.

Fees and Administrative Policies

$30 fee for residents who have never previously held a boat ramp key.
Old ramp keys do not need to be returned.
$30 fee will apply to accounts requiring reactivation due to dues in arrears.
There is no charge for the Atrium Mobile App for current key holders.
$30 administrative fee applies for disabling and re-enabling mobile app access.

Important Notice

Only one ISO card or one Atrium Mobile App may be registered per household.
Access activity is monitored by the security system.
Residents are not permitted to provide access to any other resident or non-resident. Violations will result in a one-year suspension of access.
Any misuse or abuse of the system may result in revoked privileges, full reimbursement of repair costs, and potential legal action.
