Beach & Pavilion Private Party Permit 

Sunrise Beach Club Pavilion and Beach Private Use Policy

Please note that all Pavilion, Playground, and Beach rules remain in effect, even when the Pavilion has been reserved for a private gathering.

Permit holders are responsible for ensuring that no trash or debris from private events is left on the property, including both indoor and outdoor areas. All garbage generated during the event must be removed immediately following the gathering.

This permit application is for the private use of the Sunrise Beach Club Beach and Pavilion property located on Capstan Drive, Forked River, and is available exclusively to Sunrise Beach property owners in good standing.

The permit holder assumes full responsibility for:

  • The conduct of all guests attending the event

  • The safe and appropriate use of the property

  • Compliance with all Sunrise Beach Club rules and regulations

At the conclusion of the event, the permit holder must ensure that the beach and pavilion areas are left in a clean and orderly condition. All tables, chairs, decorations, and any other materials brought onto the property must be removed promptly following the event.

All garbage and waste generated during the event must be properly contained and removed from the premises.

A $200.00 cleanup deposit is required. This deposit will be refunded following a satisfactory inspection of the property by a Sunrise Beach Club officer or trustee after the event.
 

Event Insurance Requirement

Event insurance is required for all private gatherings. Insurance may be obtained through:

  • CLOSED DUSK TILL DAWN - DO NOT STAY AFTER HOURS

  • PROPERTY UNDER 24 HOUR VIDEO SURVEILLANCE

This permit is granted for Private Use of the Sunrise Beach Club Beach and Pavilion property located on Capstan Drive, Forked River for a Sunrise Beach Property Owner in good standing. The permit holder is responsible for the conduct of attending guests, and utilization of the Beach Club property in a safe manner.

Electric Power for Pavilion

No, I do not need electric.

At the conclusion of the party the permit holder will insure that the beach and pavilion are left in a neat and dean manner. All tables, chairs, and materials brought on the property are to be removed. Any garbage generated must be suitably contained and removed from the beach property. Upon a satisfactory inspection of the property by a club officer or trustee at the conclusion of the party, the $200.00 cleanup deposit will be refunded to the property owner.
